Let us know about the Grand Egyptian Museum

Half of the collections in the Grand Egyptian Museum will be permanent exhibitions. The other half will be kept in storage where it will be restored and studied on-site within a massive research facility containing 17 large, state-of-the-art restoration laboratories. The Grand Egyptian Museum also aims to become a cultural and tourism complex. The building will include shops, restaurants, a conference center, and a cinema. It will be a suitable place for everyone to have a great time, and the new museum is set to attract six million visitors each year, who will be able to visit both the museum and the Giza pyramids with one ticket. So all that is left to know is the exact date the Grand Egyptian Museum will open its doors to the public! Several dates have been rumored, but none have been confirmed. The opening ceremonies, which must be excellent, were initially scheduled for fall 2022 around the centennial celebrations of the excavation of Tutankhamun’s tomb, but the date has been pushed back to 2023.
