Day 01: Arrival (Welcome to Egypt)
Welcome to Cairo, Egypt (Around the Clock).
Our Rep. will meet and assist you at Cairo International Airport, then transfer you to your hotel in Cairo by air-conditioned car.
Overnight in 5 stars hotel in Cairo.
Day 02: Giza Pyramids & Saqqara & Memphis
Our guide will meet you at your hotel to accompany you by air-conditioned car to visit The Giza Pyramids which are the eternal resting places of the pharaohs of the 4th dynasty (2550 B.C.). You will see the three famous pyramids of the Giza Plateau (Cheops, Chefren, and Mecyrinos), the smaller pyramids of Queens, and the Great Sphinx.
After that, you will go ahead to Saqqara to visit the Complex of king Djoser to see The Step Pyramid considered the first stonework ever done in History from the 3rd dynasty (2670 B.C), Pyramid of Teti to know the pyramids texts, and the nobles tombs where you will enjoy the daily life scenes of Ancient Egyptians.
Then you will move to Memphis, the first capital of united Egypt established by King Menes in 3200 BC, where you can find the Open Air Museum of Memphis.
Day 03: Egyptian Museum & Citadel of Saladdin
You will be met by our private Egyptologist English-speaking guide at your hotel to accompany you by a private A/C car to visit The Egyptian Museum which exhibits thousands of objects ranging from the prehistoric era to the Greco–Roman period. It has been calculated that if you spend one minute at each exhibit, it will take nine months to see the whole collection!
Then you will move to the outstanding Citadel of Saladdin, where you will be able to visit the Mosque of Mohamed Ali, the founder of modern Egypt, and his mosque was built in the Turkish style and is called the Alabaster Mosque.
Day 04: From Cairo to Aswan
Fly from Cairo to Aswan to sail with the Nile Cruise
Our Rep. will pick you up at Cairo Airport to take your flight to Aswan. You will check in 5 Stars Nile Cruise and meet your private Egyptologist English-speaking guide to visit The High Dam, which was built by president Nasser. After that, move to visit The Unfinished Obelisk, it supposed to be the giant obelisk in ancient times, and then explore Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess of love Isis.
Sailing and overnight on board.
Day 05: Kom Ombo Temple & Edfu Temple
Visit Kom Ombo Temple. This temple was divided into 2 temples with 2 entrances; one dedicated to God Horus the falcon, and the other dedicated to Sobek the crocodile.
Then the cruise moves on to visit the funerary Edfu Temple dedicated to the god Horus the falcon god of protection.
Day 06: Luxor
Visit the Valley of the Kings, the most significant burial ground in ancient Egypt. You will visit 3 of the best-preserved tombs of the new kingdom.
Afterward, go to the funerary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, the longest-reigning female pharaoh of an indigenous Egyptian dynasty.
Then you will move to the two colossi of Memnon which are all the remaining of the mortuary temple of Amenhotep III.
Then you will visit Karnak Complex dedicated to the Thebes triad (Amon-Re, his consort Mut, and their son Konsou).
Transfer to Luxor Airport to catch your flight to Cairo Overnight.
Day 07: Alexandria
Our private Egyptologist will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo early to accompany you in a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle to start your private day tour to Alexandria. After 3 hours of driving, you will arrive at Alexandria.
You will start your day tour at the Catacomb which has three levels underground with beautiful reliefs depicting the mixture between the Greco-Roman and ancient Egyptian styles. After that, you will go to Pompey’s Pillar which has nothing to do with Pompey, and our guide will tell you why.
Then we stop for lunch including fish, chicken, or vegetarian options.
After lunch, move ahead to the new library of Alexandria.
Drive back to your hotel in Cairo.
Day 08: Fayoum
You will start your day tour early by air-conditioned car from your hotel in Cairo to Fayoum, located 90 km from the capital city of Cairo.
For the adventurer, you will move to Wadi El-Rayan to enjoy the natural beauty in Fayoum oasis.
After that, visit Tunis Village to see the pottery school reviving the pottery industry in Fayoum and teaching residents there.
Then get your lunch and go to Gabal El-Medawara for hiking on the magic lake.
Then you will drive back to your hotel in Cairo.
Day 09: Unique day tour in Cairo (Grand Egyptian Museum)
Our tour guide will pick you up to start your tour at 9 AM from your hotel in either Cairo or Giza to go ahead to Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM). You will spend 2 hours inside to visit the artifacts moved from the old Egyptian Museum, especially the Tutankhamun treasures.
Then drive back to your hotel.
Day 10: Final Departure
Free time before your flight and check out then transfer to Cairo Airport for your departure flight.
