Payment policy:-

To secure a booking the company initially requires notice from you of your booking request. The booking ‎will only be secured once both you and the company have confirmed the travel arrangements and the ‎company is satisfied that the correct deposit/payment has been received into the company bank account ‎by wire transfer. The payment of required deposits or full payment of a reservation on an escorted or ‎independent tour package constitutes consent to all provisions of the terms and general information ‎contained here. 

Deposit of payment, Reservations should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday, ‎Space will be secured upon receiving a deposit of 50%. This deposit forms part of your final payment. ‎Deposits can only be made by bank transfer or you may send via Western Union.

The balance of the payment should be received 07 days from the date of confirmation. If the reservation is ‎made less than 07 days prior to departure, full payment must be made at the time of booking. 

Amendment: Any amendment made to the original booking is subject to availability and if the full payment ‎has been received and/or voucher has been issued, NO administrative fee will be applied.‎

Children Policy:‎

‎Packages or Nile Cruises or Hotels 

Maximum 2 children per double room under 11, 99 years sharing their parent’s room 

Child up to 01.99 free of Charge

Child from 2-5.99 25% of total Adult`s cost

Child from 6-11.99 50% of total Adult`s cost

A child over 12 years old is considered adult 

‎Sightseeing tours & optional tours 

Child up to 5.99 free of charge

Child from 6 – 11.99 50 % of total tour Adult`s cost

A child over 12 years old is considered adult

Domestic flight

‎Child up to 1, 99 years old will be charged 10 % of adult cost 

Child from 2-11, 99 years old will be charged 75 % of adult cost ‎

Cancellation policy

‎Cancellation should be received in writing documents by fax or email. If a tour participant cancels his/her ‎reservation the following fees will be applied:- 

In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied

Between 40 and 30 days, 25% of the entire tour price will be deducted.

Between 29 and 15 days, 50% of the entire tour price will be deducted.

Between 1 and 14 days, 100% of the entire tour price will be deducted.

No refunds are possible for No-Show.

Christmas & New Year cancellation policy ( Starting December 18 to January 10)

‎60 days to 31 before arrival 50% of the total price.

‎30 days to arrival day 100% of the total price.

‎Cancellation charge to cover the following:

Booked hotels and Nile cruises

Booked domestic flights 

Booked tour guides

Booked buses 

Company administration fees

Claims and Complaints

‎Claims and Complaints our beloved customer if you have a complaint while you are staying at the accommodation ‎in question, you must inform the accommodation management immediately, in order to give them the chance to ‎resolve the problem. 

You may lose any right to compensation if you fail to do so. If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you ‎should contact our representative in the resort/ the Hotel/ the Cruise, and if the issue still cannot be resolved then you ‎should contact our Tour Operator. We will act as an intermediary to try and rectify the problem. In the event that we ‎are unable to do so, and you wish to take matters further, you must do so directly with the accommodation provider ‎concerned. but if after you return home you are still not satisfied you must write to the Egyptian travel agent ‎association It is unlikely that you will have a complaint that cannot be settled amicably between us, however, if this is ‎not the case any dispute arising out of, or in connection with this contract,

Special Requests:‎‎

If the Client has any special requests including in our agreement, we should be informed before your arrival date to ‎be noted and try to handle this request but if not included in the agreement , we do not guarantee to handle.‎
