Tour Itinerary

Giza pyramids
One of the most mysterious seven wonders of the ancient world (and the only one that still exists.)

-Pyramid of Cheops :
the construction of the pyramid dates from approximately the year 2560 BC, when it was built as a tomb for the pharaoh khufu, and its construction continued over a period of 20 years.

- Pyramid of Khafre
It is one of the pyramids of Giza in Egypt. it is built by King Khafre. Lower in height than his father's pyramid (Khufu), it is built on an area of 215 square meters and has two entrances on the northern side. It still retains some of its outer covering at the top.

-Pyramid of Menkaure

it is the smallest of the three main pyramids of the giza pyramid complex located on the giza plateau in the southwestern suburbs of cairo, egypt. It is believed to have been built to serve as a tomb for the Egyptian pharaoh Mykarenus.

Giza Plateau
Explore the most famous sightseeing in the world, the Giza pyramids! In this sightseeing you will learn a lot of stories and secrets about the pyramids from our specialist archeologest tour guide. In this sightseeing you will visit 9 pyramids, three of them belonging to the kings of the 4th dynasty, in addition to 6 smaller pyramids belonging to the queens of ancient Egypt.

Then move to visit Great Sphinx
After visiting the pyramids of Giza you will visit the Valley temple of King Khafre which was built to mummify his body after death. the Vally temple of king Khafre is attached to the great sphinx which belongs to the same king. The statue of the sphinx has the head of king Khfrae and the body of the lion to guard his pyramid.

The Great Sphinx Which is Known in Arabic as Abu Al Hol (Father of Terror), this sculpture of a man with the haunches of a lion was dubbed the Sphinx by the ancient Greeks because it resembled their mythical winged monster who set riddles and killed anyone unable to answer them. A geological survey has shown that it was most likely carved from the bedrock at the bottom of the causeway during Khafre’s reign, so it probably portrays his features.
Our professional Egyptologest tour guide will tell you a lot of stories and secrets about the Vally temple and about the Great Sphinx.
Saqqara Step Pyramid
Then to move to visit Saqqara Step Pyramid

Also known as the "Step Pyramid," Djoser's Pyramid stands in the Saqqara Necropolis.
The pyramid consists of six mastabas and inside the pyramid there are galleries and wells dug directly into the rock, in which a deposit of mummies of the royal family was found.
The white and turquoise ceramics that were found inside the pyramid and the very heavy pink granite slabs that covered the burial chamber are very famous.
Also in Saqqara is the tomb of Mehu, recently opened to the public for the first time since its discovery in 1940. This dignitary of the sixth dynasty was buried with the highest honors in a place which, thanks to its secluded position, managed to survive the raids of looters and to keep its hieroglyphs in good condition.
Memphis
Then visit Memphis
The first capital in ancient Egyptian history, which was founded around 3100 BC. It is the legendary city of Menes. It houses the Memphis museum displaying the colossal statue of Ramses II and the great Alabaster Sphinx of Queen Hatshepsut.
Dahshur
Then to move to visit Dahshur
Dahshur is located in the southern part of Memphis which was the capital of ancient Egypt.
King Senefru chose his Dahshur plateau to build his first pyramid to rival Djoser's pyramid, but he was unable to complete it and it became the first half-broken pyramid.
-Also found in this area (The Red Pyramid and The Bent Pyramid)

-The Bent Pyramid of Dahshur

Sneferu ed clearly indicates a transition from the traditional “step” pyramid design, and is considered to be the first pyramid to feature smooth sides.
the Bent Pyramid was built during the reign of the Pharaoh. Some believe the angled sides were part of the original design, while many historians and archaeologists believe the builders of this pyramid realized they were working at too steep an incline and switched quickly to a gentler slope for the rest of the building.

-The Red Pyramid of Dahshur

The Red Pyramid was the first “true” smooth-sided pyramid ever built. Like the Bent Pyramid, the Red Pyramid was also built during the reign of Pharaoh Sneferu. Many historians believe that Pharaoh Sneferu had the pyramid built as his tomb.
