Tour Itinerary

Saqqara
Our Egyptologist tour guide will wait for you in your hotel in Cairo or Giza to accompany you to Saqqara in a private air-conditioned vehicle.
Your tour will begin with visiting the Complex of King Djoser, dating back to the third dynasty. This complex is considered the first complete stone construction in ancient Egyptian civilization, and it contains the first pyramid in the ancient Egyptian civilization, the step pyramid. You will have an opportunity to visit it inside to see the burial chamber of King Djoser from the top. It is worth to try.
Then you will move ahead to other royal pyramids, the Unas pyramid from the end of the fifth dynasty and Teti pyramid from the sixth dynasty.
After that, you will go to see High officials tombs dating back to the old and new kingdom such as Kagemni tomb and Titi.
Then go to discover the Serapeum dedicated to burying the bull body thought it is the body of god Apis.
Memphis
Move on to Discover: MitRahina(Memphis) statue of Ramses II.

The only remaining evidence of Memphis is this noteworthy open-air museum, built around a magnificent fallen colossal limestone statue of Ramses II. Its position on its back gives a great opportunity to inspect the carving up close – even the pharaoh’s nipples are very precise. Its twin is the statue that stood in Midan Ramses in Cairo until 2006 when it was moved to stand guard by the Grand Egyptian Museum construction site.

Then go to enjoy a Lunch at very good local restaurant.
Dahshur
Dahshur is located in the southern part of Memphis which was the capital of ancient Egypt.
King Senefru chose his Dahshur plateau to build his first pyramid to rival Djoser's pyramid, but he was unable to complete it and it became the first half-broken pyramid.
-Also found in this area (The Red Pyramid and The Bent Pyramid)

-The Bent Pyramid of Dahshur

Sneferu ed clearly indicates a transition from the traditional “step” pyramid design, and is considered to be the first pyramid to feature smooth sides.
the Bent Pyramid was built during the reign of the Pharaoh. Some believe the angled sides were part of the original design, while many historians and archaeologists believe the builders of this pyramid realized they were working at too steep an incline and switched quickly to a gentler slope for the rest of the building.

-The Red Pyramid of Dahshur

The Red Pyramid was the first “true” smooth-sided pyramid ever built. Like the Bent Pyramid, the Red Pyramid was also built during the reign of Pharaoh Sneferu. Many historians believe that Pharaoh Sneferu had the pyramid built as his tomb.
